I specifically use this location bc the staff is so cheerful, helpful and eager to make sure everything is perfect for my needs. I rent a car several times a year and plan to always use this office!
The car was dirty and I brought it back clean but they did get me in and out with no problem and the customer service was great
the line was long and could not find my reservation. the car was dirty. but the guy the helped us was very nice.
I was late checking in due to grandmother was in the hospital and the first thing the rep said was 'your reserve was at 5:30' um I know I just said I am late checking in. The rental exterior was washed but the inside was absolutely terrible. The seats were stained and had burn. The windows was nasty inside and out. My husband had to wipe the windows before take off.
