I’ve been waiting an hr and twenty minutes so far for someone to pick me up from Penske. It’s a couple minutes away and we have called 3 times and each time they say I’m sorry we are sending someone right away.

I had one of the worst rental car experiences of my life at this Enterprise location on 96th Street. My insurance company arranged a reservation for me a week in advance, so I expected a reasonably smooth process. Instead, when we arrived, we were forced to wait nearly two hours before being helped. After that excessive delay, we were then offered a dirty vehicle that was in a lower class than what had been reserved. The lack of preparation, organization, and efficiency was astounding.
