Called to pay for my rental early, was put on hold for 15+ minutes and then nobody answered the phone. I now have to call back again and wait. Someone needs to simply answer the phone.
After less than 10 minutes from picking up the Grand wagoneer the temperature start rising very quickly.the roadside assistance was very slow. After 3 hours of heavy sweating on the side of the highway they took me a uber ride to the airport 45 minutes away to Get a replacement vehicle to continue the trip.finally they wasn't have a similar vehicle. I took minivan.
Had a really tough time with this company Brickyard 400 weekend in Indy. I live in a small town with only one rental company,they were out. So called them another town over, office had a reserve all done. I needed a SUV or larger, family of four going to Grand Canyon which is 26 hrs one way. Called me as I was leaving the house to pickup our rental to tell me only had compacts left. I had rented from them several time and this is the worst experience. I returned my vehicle early the day before it was due. I get a call when they check in the car saying I was being charged a cleaning fee because they smelled an odor that they assumed was marijuana. I advise them that I DO NOT even smoke marijuana and that I have two kids and one in a diaper that may have pooped & that could have been the odor. My kids may have left a few crumbs on the floor but nothing that a vacuum wouldn’t have fix due to they should be... read more
