We rented a mini van last week for a family trip to Kentucky. The air conditioner went out in southern Indiana. I called the location we rented from on 96th Street and explained the situation. They referred me to roadside assistance, roadside assistance could not help since we weren't broken down. I called back I was told I would need to find a location to swap the van out. Called to pay for my rental early, was put on hold for 15+ minutes and then nobody answered the phone. I now have to call back again and wait. Someone needs to simply answer the phone.
After less than 10 minutes from picking up the Grand wagoneer the temperature start rising very quickly.the roadside assistance was very slow. After 3 hours of heavy sweating on the side of the highway they took me a uber ride to the airport 45 minutes away to Get a replacement vehicle to continue the trip.finally they wasn't have a similar vehicle. I took minivan.
