Had a reservation for a car. Two hours after my set time, still no car. I understand that there’s a profound car shortage. That’s not the problem. The problem is that the lady on the phone and the gentleman at the front desk both assured me that they had a vehicle for me or that they would have one shortly. They didn’t. They knew they didn’t.
