I recently rented a car from the Enterprise Westhills branch and had a very disappointing experience. The vehicle had serious issues, including unusual vibrations while braking and problems with the cruise control and lane assist. The agent was not honest. When I picked up the car, the gas level was a bit over 3/4. He said he would write 'three quarters' on the rental agreement. When I check the agreement afterwards, it turned our he wrote 7/8. He didn't mention if return was late there was additional charge of days. That's neither on the rental agreement. But he insisted he said that. I returned 5 hours late (after-hour). I was charged for extra days. Not 1 day, not 2 days but 3 days!

I had a great experience with the car rental service, and I want to especially thank Shaheen for being incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the process. From the moment I arrived, Shaheen made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. She patiently answered all my questions, ensured I got the right vehicle for my needs, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out.
