I had a great experience with the car rental service, and I want to especially thank Shaheen for being incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the process. From the moment I arrived, Shaheen made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. She patiently answered all my questions, ensured I got the right vehicle for my needs, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out. Highly recommend!
I regularly rent from this location and I've been doing this for nearly 10 years now. And in that time, Cary has been there and giving the same amazing customer service! I wish I could recommend him to the folks at Enterprise Canada, but I just don't know how to go about it. Thank you all at this location, but special extra thanks go out to Cary!
