I booked a cargo van well in advance for my move and even received a call from the location to confirm the pickup for today. After driving over 40 minutes to the Woodland Hills location, I was told—after 20 minutes of paperwork—that no cargo van was available. Instead, they offered me a 10-seat passenger van.
