Always excellent service and a good selection of nice cars to choose from at the Chatsworth CA location!
Awful service the worker had an attitude the entire time and when I tried to explain I had coverage he didn’t listen to me before looking at me and asking if he could finish in a passive aggressive manner. Sat here for an hour waiting for him to call my adjuster to confirm I had my policy
I had the unusual experience of needing a car after a small car accident. I didn't have prior approval from the responsible party but the manager and the assistant manager worked hard to get my approval and I was out the door within 45 minutes! They went above and beyond as always!
I have been a happy Enterprise client for 35 years. The staff always make you feel special and the quality of the cars are exceptional
Even tho my car was total garbage, I have to go through corporate to get some kind of a break on the rental. No help whatsoever at the counter.
