Great staff!! They were helpful and made sure everyone was acknowledge, even thought they were exceedingly busy. I was more than pleased with the service I received amd the effort mafe by the staff. The vehicle I received was clean and ready to go.
I was renting from another budget place but they started charging me fees for every little thing… Enterprise on Desoto & Lassen took care of me. Especially the team (thanks Jalen, thanks Ryan 😎) two-thumbs up 👍👍
I had a very satisfactory experience; the staff at the Chatsworth branch were very friendly, especially Jalen-Michael Sands.
I rented a car for an insurance claim. This enterprise location was great. Got me what I needed and even gave me a ride home after dropping off the car. Very nice associates.
They did not have alot of inventory for me to trade in a defective rental . I also called customer service to get a replacement car , they promised someone will call ASAP but its been 3 days now , and no body has reach out .
