My vehicle was very clean and nice. The workers were promt and very nice.They meet my needs.
The Greeley team was super nice and super attentive even while being understaffed on a busy Saturday morning. The car was sleek and clean it made our trip to La Junta bearable and enjoyable.
I had a great customer service experience with this branch manager. They are definitely a busy location and the morning I picked up my rental car it was chaotic. I was patient and could see they were hustling hard. My rental was fine mechanically but there were definitely a few quality issues with it over the course of my rental. When I returned the car I let them know I was disappointed and didn't think it met Enterprise typical standards, nor mine. The service at this location was great all the employees were really friendly. The rental pickup was smooth the car was in great condition. When I went to drop it off no issues. While waiting for my ride I chatted with the location manager Sam really nice guy. This was probably one of my best experiences renting a car.
Dustin was amazing and very helpful. Great experience!
