I had an outstanding experience at Enterprise in Greeley. The two gentlemen on duty when I visited were top-notch—professional, courteous, and impressively efficient. I was genuinely amazed at how quickly they handled the entire process without sacrificing attention to detail. It was by far the fastest and smoothest customer service I have ever encountered when renting a car. Both employees deserve recognition for their excellent work. I highly recommend Greeley Enterprise for quick, reliable rentals.
Was charged incorrectly for my rental after a few issues to even get a rental. But the manager Sam was very helpful and apologetic and made the situation right.
We rented a SUV for 20 days. The staff was great as well as the vehicle. It was clean and drive well. When I turned it in the price was lower than I expected.
