The experience with my rental was crap, my car was crap, but Melony was most amazing at holding up the enterprise values and great customer service and making it right to keep me as a loyal customer!
We had to talk to the workers for hours before we even got the rental because they had to verify we lived in Greeley when we had proof so we had to leave and come back with even more proof and we finally got the car and they said 25 minutes before we could drive it but it actually took over a hour
