I needed a rental car after my car was damaged and there were very few cars on the lot because of a heavy hailstorm in the area of the night before. They put me in a car that didn’t fit me very well so I came back the next day and they made an extra effort to get me into a car that fit me better so that I felt safe to drive. In particular, Sam was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. He went out of his way to help me. Thank you.
They sent my daughter out in this tiny tiny car with tiny little tires to travel from Colorado there in Greeley to Arizona with no trunk and my two grandkids Packed in this car With all this luggage and stuff. everybody’s looking at them. What the heck? I hate you enterprise! grandma is very upset.🤨
