I had a bad experience at this location a couple of years ago and did not leave a review. I thought I would give them a try again, needing a rental car after we hit a deer yesterday. My insurance company arranged everything, scheduled my reservation, etc. I was trying to be proactive; dot all the I's and cross all the T's to ensure things would be in order upon me picking up the car. The staff at the Greeley CO Enterprise friendly and hard working, doing what it takes to get you in and out in a reasonable time. They picked me up in a different town 20 minutes away where I left my vehicle to be repaired.
I reserved a car online and when I got to the office on my reserve day, everything was quick and easy. Thank you to the staff!
