Love love loveeeeee this enterprise ! Everyone is very friendly and they take care of you just like that . Theee selection in cars and service is A1 definitely will be going back without a doubt
These people that work at this location go above and beyond. They take pride in a job well done and are concerned about you having a great experience with the least amount of difficulties. Your picked up, in the store, and out in your car in just a few minutes. I know I sound like I must work for them but I have rented from them quite a few times and they never disappoint. They are dependable and reliable.
I was a loyal customer, renting every weekend since 2010 on your West Van Nuys location that is until Steven the new manager took over, had an issue and I called customer service was promised a call back and after a few weeks nothing. I guess they dont value loyal customers, I tried Panorama city location, Lorren and Danielle are absolutely Awesome!
I became loyal to Enterprise two years ago and they have not disappointed me ever. Always top notch service, always friendly, always going the extra mile (no pun intended) :). They have a great loyalty program and their vehicles are always kept in great condition. Thanks again Enterprise!
