As always, Enterprise came through for me. I've used the Lankershim place before, but this one on Tujunga (and almost Lankershim) was closer to the Ford dealership where my car was. The staff were professional and fast, and I was in my rental car probably within 8-10 minutes. For the 3 days I used their Toyota, all went smoothly with the car. They allowed me to return the car 1 day early and refunded me the money, which was very kind. I appreciate you guys! Enterprise remains my 1st choice in car rentals.
