Customer service is the best at the S East location!!
paid for mid-size received economy. After returning the lady asked how their service was I told her. Her answer was no one gets what they want. I will never rent from them again.

Reserved a car for Tuesday at 9 a.m. and I did not leave enterprise til well after 10 a.m., I even arrived 5 or so minutes early. I was the only one who had to wait so long and I was the only person with a reservation. It made zero sense. They also waited til I got there to say there was a $300 deposit that I still have not received back. Very disappointing with my first car rental experience.
The staff was awesome and polite. They got exactly what I wanted and didn't have any problems with the vehicle. Keep up the amazing job y'all are doing.
