I travel from Dallas to Borger Tx for work, a lot. The Dallas enterprise location rented me a truck which had some engine trouble, but during a routine oil change, corporate enterprise in Dallas denied a ********* request to have it repaired. Twice they denied it, leaving me with no choice but to get on the road with a possible faulty vehicle since it was the only choice I had. Not this location but Enterprise as a whole! They tell you the manager will call but never does, I've been ignored and hung up on and transferred so many times it's unbelievable! Not all but most of the people I've talked with to try and resolve me renting a car that I already have a reservation on just did not care about customers. I will never rent a car from them and will not recommend this company to anyone. 5 days calling to get a car and over 6 hours on the phone!
