Cars are very dirty. Horrible customer service. The manager Armad assaulted me on Nov 21, 2024 he put his hands on me as I was walking back into enterprise trying to make me leave. He accused me of smoking marijauna because of a cigar tin they found that wasn't mine. I was charged $250 smoking fee after a third party turned the car in from a collision center. When they picked us up the car was dirty. I wouldn't do business at this location. He hates women obviously and is charging people bogus charges and admitting that the ... read more

I travel from Dallas to Borger Tx for work, a lot. The Dallas enterprise location rented me a truck which had some engine trouble, but during a routine oil change, corporate enterprise in Dallas denied a ********* request to have it repaired. Twice they denied it, leaving me with no choice but to get on the road with a possible faulty vehicle since it was the only choice I had. I picked up the car from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on ************************************************************************* and returned it to another on *************** in ************, **.The Branch Manager should NOT be a Manager as he was unprofessional from the very beginning of my experience of renting with Enterprise. He was rude, code, unaccommodating, and his actions were very "tic for tac" for lack of better phrasing.The return branch was almost similar but not as bad. True story people. Rent a car from this company 11/23. I know it's a ******** but I'm not getting the car for free right?. To make a long story short, the car had problems, stopped on the hwy, My family(including my 2 kids) 5 hrs (no lie) on the hwy waiting for enterprise assistance. After being waiting all that time, I called the hwy patrol to notify that I was leaving a car right there. I waited 6 hrs total for enterprise to show up, not a soul by the time I left. Tried getting a standard suv, called a week before I needed it, non English speaking customer service agent did not put it in. Ended up w a small suv, 3 years old with 70k miles!!!! Car reaked of cigarette smoke! I guess times have changed when it comes to car rentals ** I at least expected to have a car with less miles and newer

If I can put 0 stars I would, Im very disappointed in Enterprise car rental, I rented a minivan 3 weeks ago and today they tell me the windshield is cracked and its not possible for it to be fixed today.

I rented a car from the *************** SEVERAL years ago. While I was getting on off the exit to return the car, a rock hit the windshield from the semi in front of me. I immediately called them and let them know, and I contacted Safelite repairs as well which quoted me about $250 to fix, but they needed enterprises approval. When I called enterprise back they told me that I could not get it fixed, and to just bring it back. They tried to charge me almost $800. Since then, I have been rented from SEVERAL enterprises.
