bad management bad manger!
They so called branch manager Kayla white gave me the worst experience I ever had. Enterprise should fire her. She put me on do not Rental list for no apparent reason she trying to show her girl power. And if enterprise dint call bk and fix my issue this review will not stop until the rate goes down to 1 star
Please have Kayla white take some classes besides feeding her ego….and this review it’s not gonn stop until management reaches out to me. She’s very unprofessional and disrespectful Individual. I’ll make sure to call corporate on Monday for what she did to me!
☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch on Georgia Avenue in Washington, D.C. I called the location on October 27, 2025, to request a simple drop-off service since my personal vehicle is still in the shop. The Rockville, MD branch had advised me to contact a D.C. location for this, but when I called, the agent (who identified himself as “Victor”) said they don’t offer the service — calling it a “preference” rather than a policy — and then hung up when I asked for clarification. Customer service was ok. Car should have been cleaner, smelled better and more efficient on gas. It was a 2024 Toyota Corolla. This car really sucked up gas!
