Friendly Branch Manager; Awful Car Prep & Crappy cars. This Enterprise tried to give me a very small Nissan Mirage with two missing hub caps, missing tire gauge caps and a missing radio button. For $31 a day. NO. Then, I had to pay $5 extra to upgrade to a 2024 Nissan Altima that smelled like smoke. Usually, if no cars are left in the category, you get the next size up. Not here. A hairline crack in the back windshield was not noticed during the initial inspection by either the agent or myself. During the rental period, when i shut the door and put my foot on the brake (prior to even touching the start button), the entire back windshield shattered. It was shocking. The only explanation is a hairline crack that eventually reached a tipping point. They insisted on charging me and my insurance over $700.
