Easy and efficient pick-up and drop-off. Car in very good condition. Very friendly staff. Excellent experience. I would rent again.
Unprofessional and they messed up our trip with with a lot of expense I’m not recommending this company
This location is terrible. First vehicle they rented out had a malfunction with the anticollision censor. Extremely dangerous. It should have never left the lot. Took that back immediately for an exchange. Second vehicle clearly was smoked in previously and smelled terrible. There was another group their exchanging their veihcle as well for unexceptable issues. Their inventory is abysmal. Go elsewhere. We were accommodated for the first vehicle. That is the only good thing I can say.
Excellent customer service from Cameron and Winston. They were friendly, clear, and very helpful in guiding me through the entire process. I would recommend this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location and will be renting cars from here in the future. Thank you!
