This location is terrible. First vehicle they rented out had a malfunction with the anticollision censor. Extremely dangerous. It should have never left the lot. Took that back immediately for an exchange. Second vehicle clearly was smoked in previously and smelled terrible. There was another group their exchanging their veihcle as well for unexceptable issues. Their inventory is abysmal. Go elsewhere. We were accommodated for the first vehicle. That is the only good thing I can say.
Excellent customer service from Cameron and Winston. They were friendly, clear, and very helpful in guiding me through the entire process. I would recommend this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location and will be renting cars from here in the future. Thank you!
Simply go somewhere else because that is where they will send you regardless. Rented through my insurance company - I have many forms of confirmation (online, email, text, etc.) showing I am to pickup a car here but they are telling me my car is not there. They are telling me my reservation is correct but it is the wrong location even though it all shows their location. Seems like a scam, Enterprise should probably audit this location.
Charged me for a ticket twice, I paid last year and out of nowhere got an email that said I would be charged again in 2 days, I submitted proof of payment that enterprise staff sent me and still got charged a second time!!! Absurd
Got sincere and polite customer behaviour. There was an issue with the car I rented initially. They replaced it with a better one without making any fuss.
