Not a pleasant experience when I rented the car through my Insurance. They have agreed, and supposed to give same size (midsize sedan same as) matching my car involved in accident, per the insurance rate - which ofcourse they agreed at time of rental. But to my surprise, they charged more per day at the end, which I had to pay the difference out of pocket. When I called them and the customer service - They said they cant help - BIG JOKE. I will never choose Enterprise again.
My last experience at broad st was okay to say the least some of the staff there lack the communication skills and that in turn can be unfortunate for the customer Noe I can't not give credit wee it is due there are some staff members there that will go out of there way but unfortunately its the luck of the he draw and I don't think customer service should have anything to do with luck
