We called to reserve a vehicle and were told it was available. We were also given a specific time for pick-up. However, when we arrived at the location, there was no one there to assist us. I called to find out what was going on and was told that employees are only present when a plane arrives. I reserved a vehicle from the lakeshore location, unfortunately there where no vehicles available. When I called the reservation line to find out if the other two locations had vehicle's available they told me the airport location has vehicle's available so I made a reservation for 5 pm when they opened. I arrived at 5:05pm to the retail store closed. No agents available. Tried to phone the number left on the glass. Phone number didn't work. I asked the airport staff if the enterprise was open today.
