We were having a really hard time getting our vehicle repair and I had to extend my rental several times over a 5 week period. Everyone my husband and I dealt with was great. And when I needed to also extend my contract, a better price was found for me. Everyone we encountered was kind and empathetic to our situation. Thank you for making a hard month a little easier.
Great experience renting from this Enterprise location! Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly - making for a seamless vehicle rental experience. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!
This location was very busy on the Saturday morning (11:30am) when we arrived, but the wait was worth it. The agent was very friendly, informative, and helpful, and the overall cost was better than expected.
Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve witnessed. Stewart was one of the people who assisted me, along with Brandon and Brendon — two guys with the same name but different pronunciations, and both were amazing to deal with. Huge appreciation to Brandon for driving me there, and to Brendon for inspecting the Ford Bronco — the vehicles mint! Thank you all for the outstanding help and professionalism. If you’re ever in need of a rental, I highly recommend going to them!
