We picked up our rental car today at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Alpine Street, and we had an excellent experience! The staff were all very friendly, professional, and welcoming. From the person who picked us up to the staff who assisted us at the location, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to Liam for his dedication, professionalism, and friendly service. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and easy. So far, we are very impressed with their customer service. ... read more
Another enterprise had had their system. Go down so I could not get my car in time. For work. These guy's let me get my ride five minutes to closing and saved my weekend as well as discounted me for my troubles. All the staff were great. Shout out to Liam Jason and the tall guy who's name I didnt get. He did the return.
I like how Liam goes above and beyond to ensure my needs were met especially offering me a ride back home without me asking. I'm on a tight budget but didn't want to bother him by asking so with him offering thst was amazing and help me save back my funds. A big shout out to Liam and the person that drop us off. I forgot his name, please forgive me, you both keep being amazing in a world that seems hopeless. Thank you. God's blessings on you both always may the kindness you show be returned to you always.
