My mother and I were supposed to pick up a vehicle from this location today. We called this morning to confirm we'd be picking it up around 5 and were informed they may not have a car. We called multiple times to find out what was going on, and were eventually told by someone in a corporate office that Riverhead had then cancelled our reservation and there was nothing they could do to help now.
