Had a great experience and would highly recommend renting a car from this location. Every representative was professional and helpful. They made the process super easy and pleasant.
Mike and his team at Enterprise are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us and when we had 3 different vehicles we needed this trip, and Mike went out of his way to make sure we were set and things were taken care of. Every time we visit, this Enterprise never fails to amaze us with their warm and kind service, communciation, and just the around experience they provide. We will continue to use them and appreciate all you do for us, Mike!
Enterprise itself, I don’t consider to be a bad company, But the riverhead location is absolutely insane not even one on one customer service. They multitask between customers. It’s was my first time with this location will never go back. My husband rented a 12 passenger Car two weeks in advance two days before pick up date they called him and informed that he cannot rent the car without a letter of declaration so I went to the office on Thursday a day before our trip to upstate.
