The issues I have with Enterprise has nothing to do with its staff or sales associates. My issue lies in the policies of enterprise. My rental was involved in a hit and run. I had a police report, video, and the individuals License plate. Even though I had all this information and had nothing to do with the damages, I was informed that I had to pay my insurance deductible(on the spot) in order to continue my contract and be placed in a new vehicle.
