I had a wonderful first rental experience with them. I originally had an 11:00 reservation. When I arrived they did not have any rentals available and we're waiting for one to be returned. I waited for a couple of hours, but was given an SUV instead of the smaller vehicle I reserved at no additional charge and was given a 10% discount on my 5 day rental total. I will happily use them in the future!
This location in particular is difficult to work with. On numerous occasions I've arrived early for my reservation time - perhaps an hour or two - and had to wait for them to get a car ready for me. So the other day I made sure I reserved the car a couple hours early so it would be ready when I got there. I arrived two hours after my reservation time only to be told they didn't have a car ready.
