Beware of Predatory Pricing & Dishonesty We had car trouble while visiting Sauble Beach and booked a rental online through Enterprise Owen Sound for $152. The next morning, we got a call saying they had no vehicles available. Disappointing, but we understood things get busy. Twenty minutes later, my wife called the same location and spoke with the same operator. After explaining our situation, suddenly a vehicle was available but this time they quoted her $300. The process was very easy. It was all arranged through my insurance adjuster. I just had to show up and pick up the vehicle. The customer service rep (Abdul) was very friendly and pleasant.
Double Red Alert !!!The manager Scott McLean was very rude and unprofessional. He wanted to push a stupid Ford escape to replace my Lexus SUV through my insurance. His face changed and he started yelling at me once I opted for a nicer SUV that was available. Saw him being rude to another customer right before me. Absolutely nasty approach to customers. This Scott guy shouldn't be allowed to deal with any customers !
