I got a rental car from Enterprise recently, and Tariq assisted me throughout the process. He thoroughly explained every step of the rental procedure, went over the details clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. He was extremely helpful, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. It made my experience personally feel smooth and stress-free so if I ever need a rental again, I know who to contact!
They gave me a car that's much smaller. I requested to change multiple times but they didn't arrange one for me, even though they had multiple comparable vehicles coming through their site. I had to drive the small car during this historic snow season. When returning the vehicle, they found a crack on the windshield and I had to pay for it!
