I normally don't leave negative reviews, but my experience with this Enterprise branch was extremely disappointing. I was provided a rental through an insurance claim and was initially told that the vehicle class I was entitled to was not available. Wanting to be accommodating, I agreed to accept a smaller/different vehicle with the understanding that I would be moved into the correct vehicle once one became available.
