Recently rented a vehicle from PTBO location. I initially checked out with a vehicle and acknowledged the small chip in the windshield during the walk around inspection. Only after driving the unit for a short period did I recognize that the chip may become an issue for a longer trip/booking for a week - travelling to Montreal. I called the PTBO location the following day and they were understanding of my concerns and agreed to swap out the unit, no questions asked.
