Rented a vehicle here in advance from this location to be then notified that the vehicle isn’t available the day I was suppose to pick it up and now we don’t have a vehicle for our trip. This is unacceptable and we will no longer book with Enterprise. You just lost a loyal customer of 15 years.
I get a call this morning from Joseph saying that the large suv we rented 3 weeks ago isn't available and hopefully they'll have something by our 5 o'clock pickup time. I get a call after 3, still no large suv and we're told the Mason location has what we need which is an inconvenience with that location being 25 minutes away vs 5 minutes from the original pick up. Very professional and courteous. Always willing to go the extra mile and very understanding that sometimes life happens. 100% recommend.
I’m utterly stunned by the level of incompetence, care and smugness experienced at this location from someone suggesting he is the regional manager of the area. Instead of working to fairly resolve a relatively minor issue (they were out of cars 🤷♂️), he chose to be condescending, indignant and arrogant.
