The Union Center location in West Chester has spoiled me going anywhere else. The customer service literally cannot be beat.
Excellent customer service and clean car
Literally reliving the old Seinfeld episode. They take the reservation for the car, but they have no cars. The poor young woman working the front desk was not only answering the phone, but also detailing and washing the cars, answering the phones, and dealing with a bunch of very frustrated customers. I was one of the lucky ones that had a car.
