Westchester Ohio Union Center Enterprise "ROCKS"
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I have used enterprise for years and have never had an experience like this! I have had my reservation for over two weeks. The day of rental they are telling me they don’t have a car. The manager has kept me on hold for over 2 hours. When I finally spoke to someone they told me there was nothing they could do. Absolute disaster. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
I rented a car and the pick up/drop off process was perfect. Jasmine at the Union Centre location was extremely helpful and kind answering all my questions while waiting on multiple people at her busy location. Five plus stars !!!!!!
Disappointed with my experience with this location. Jasmine lacks customer service skills and was very unprofessional. They will allow you to reserve any car on the website but the day before your reservation, they will call you and say it's not available. You get what they have available on the day of your rental, not what YOU chose. Contacted another location and had much better service. The staff here needs training on basic communication skills.
