Been coming to this location for years & id always recommend this location to family & friends because it Use to be a great location. Always quick with renting a car in & out. now not so much. It’s a few good employees still there but hopefully things change & evolve for the better in the future with new managers. Until then I’d recommend other local locations in the area! it’s several. The service at the Union Center West Chester location is amazing. I absolutely love it. The customer service is amazing. The facility is nice and clean. The people there are very friendly. I appreciate everything that they do since I have to rent pretty often for my job. They are amazing. Definitely marking this one down as my preferred location
The reviews are true!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. No cars ever and they don’t care about what you have planned. Incompetent people from the manager on down. BEWARE!
Very friendly. Super clean car. Much closer to where we live than the airport. That's very convenient.
