Great service and clean cars
Great branch--price quoted on email was what they charged. Tatiana was early picking us up and Rob took us back to the station right away so we could catch our train. Cheaper than other branches.
HPrrible experience all the way around, from being charged way too much and my account getting overdrawn, bad communication, employee attitude and bad communication and to being given the run around.
Customer service was excellent
Be prepared for an entire set of rules that are not listed or explained when you made your reservation. Such a waste of time. Find another place to rent from.
Lee Travis, and Tom the whole staff in Murray Utah, they give top notch service, You really matter to them. They go out of their way to be personable with everyone. This was the best car buying ever..
Extremely slow check in
Nothing, priced to high, cars are not clean on inside or outside.
Update: credit Card issue was with Credit Card company taking. Long time to release the hold to show actual amount. Enterprise Bennington location is great !
