Just an awesome place to do business. Professional, friendly fast with a good selection of rides to choose from
I rented from them every two weeks for work for over a year. The customer service has gone down hill over that time. The cars had technical issues and they never made it right. My next rental they tried to get me a clown car. Although I'm a Gold member in their rewards program, I will never rent a car from this St. Augustine location again. They do not take care of loyal customers at all.
