I urger anyone considering Enterprise Rent-a-Car in Ripley WV to avoid this at all cost. I had a car reserved while my own vehicle was being repaired. I had everything set up with the shop and Enterprise called me the morning of and advised me they did not have a car available for me despite my reservation. This is completely unacceptable as a reservation means nothing to this location nor company.

Very professional service and were all nice and helpful.
Got stuck in Ripley West Virginia on our way to South Central Kentucky to see family for Christmas. Our car broke down and we had limited resources to take care of it. But Brianna at Enterprise jumped to the rescue, and after calming our anxiety, she saved our Christmas vacation. And just under budget.
Great place! Brianne at Ripley,WV is the best!
