Always a quick and easy process! Lexie at the Ripley WV office is always accommodating and helpful. The staff goes above and beyond!!
Brianna was very helpful during this whole process. She was very patient and kind and answered all my questions. I wish I could say the same for Lexi. She was very rude right in front of me when Brianna asked her a question. As a branch manager I would expect someone in that postion to be kind to their coworkers and respectful when they are asked a question, not to be little them and treat them like they're stupid. It made me very uncomfortable.
