I found the Ripley team quite capable to handle out of the ordinary requests. They were adaptable and willing to serve. They exceeded my expectations and got me on the road quickly.
Great place to rent a vehicle and the employees care about how your experience is and make sure you are happy with the rental.
Made a reservation WEEKS in advance for which there is a hold on my card. Got there to pick up my vehicle and was told they didn't have a vehicle for me. They were all out. I'm unsure if people working there understand the meaning of the word "reservation" but that means you don't have to worry about being there at 7AM because your vehicle is reserved. 9/5/25 I rental a car today and was helped by Chance and Brianna. Service was 5 stars across the board. Chance called me the day prior to ensure that I would have all that was required to rent and made me aware of the $300 deposit so that it wouldn’t be any surprises. Brianna, welcomed my Husband and I in this morning and walked us through the process. Both were very friendly and I felt as if they love what they do! Which is always a plus!
