Got a chance to chat with one of the managers during a drop off and what an amazing team! Never had any issues, was able to help and offering numerous suggestions and sympathy for my situation. I forget his name but the younger manager who helped really made me feel at ease and wanted the process to go as smooth as possible.

Great experience overall, and I was nervous initially as I had never rented a vehicle before.
Their system is terrible. You book the vehicle online and it says it's available. You are counting on having this vehicle, then the day of they tell you they have no vehicles. Then why do they let us book it in the first place? This happened at more than one location in North Bay.
