They booked me for a time after they were closed for my reservation
I made a reservation online, walked 2 miles to pickup the car just to be told they did not have any cars when I got there 🤦♂️. I just walked back home and took an Uber. Please Enterprise, if you do not have cars, don't let people make reservations.
Terrible service, shady business practices. I reserved a car and they didn't have any of that level when I arrived. They tried to rent me a larger car and wanted me to pay extra. Then, 10 minutes later they told me the larger car had a crack and now they had no cars to rent. Meanwhile, I'm stranded here because I was dropped off.
