Went to Enterprise after Budget made my reservation but didn’t have a car. Such a positive customer experience! Mike, the manager, was so kind. He apologized for our rough morning. The guy at Budget could take a few lessons! Enterprise will have my future business.

DO NOT RESERVE A VEHICLE HERE. If you book online, Michael will tell you that someone kept the car too long. He will rush you off the phone with promises of calling you back quickly and he never calls. I’ve documented 8 calls back to Michael today, where he throws you on hold to the same loop of subliminal messaging about great service and standards (which is completely false). I had a battery die in my rental due to the weather turning cold. This location made sure I had a clean replacement car available and adjusted my bill to reflect the days I couldn't use the car. The service was timely, fair and kind. Would definitely rent from here again.
