Terrible service, shady business practices. I reserved a car and they didn't have any of that level when I arrived. They tried to rent me a larger car and wanted me to pay extra. Then, 10 minutes later they told me the larger car had a crack and now they had no cars to rent. Meanwhile, I'm stranded here because I was dropped off.
Absolutely the best cat rental place there is. I always get amazing service from the west Chester location in Ohio
