Our agent in Squamish BC was very informative and professional.
I had to suddenly rent a car as my own vehicle was unreliable for a longer drive, and they were able to set me up with a car (in my price range) of above expectations. The staff were friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. Would rent here again.
Their website is very poorly worded. It's unprofessional. Says steps to follow. When you get to the store, they go against what the website states and make up random crap to not rent you a car even though you have everything you need. Horrible service, don't waste your time
