These guys at Enterprise are top notch. If you need to rent a vehicle and want excellent customer service. I highly recommend using these guys. Nathan at the counter is the most courteous and knowledgeable. He alone deserves a 10/10 rating. The car selection is great and the vehicles are well maintained. I will definitely be a returning customer.
I rented a Nissan Qashqai from Enterprise and paid over $170 for just two days, but the vehicle I received was not maintained at all. The wipers were barely working, which is a serious safety issue—especially in Canadian weather. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, reliable, and properly inspected car. It’s really disappointing that basic maintenance wasn’t done before handing the vehicle over. I hope Enterprise improves their inspection process, because this experience was far below the standard I expected.
Double check the quantity for insurance, it's almost the same as day rate. The people there is really kind.
I had a great experience renting a car from these guys. Jordan gave me a complimentary upgrade from a compact SUV to a regular sized SUV and honestly, it helped me better with all the stuff I needed to carry. He was very friendly and informative. There was a long wait and the upgrade was a nice touch. Returned the car no problem and was even offered a ride back home from Alex who was also very friendly! This was a great place to rent at but I’d recommend coming as early as you can to avoid any long waits.
