Great customer service and I was given a nice reliable car.
These guys were super wonderful! They came and picked me up after my car was towed to a repair shop after an accident (not my fault). They got me into a rental and on my way super fast and very friendly! A delightful human named Evan helped me oit when I brought the rental back, he was a delight to deal with!

Poor service ! I had a booking and waited for a long time, but no one bothered to call or inform me that they did not even have a car available. Completely unprofessional and careless. They wasted my time and showed zero respect for customers. This is a tourist city, yet they don’t have enough cars to rent and still take bookings. Poor management, poor communication, and very poor service overall. I do NOT recommend this car rental to anyone. Save your time and go somewhere else.
