My experience with enterprise was amazing. I’m at the old man named Jason, who went out of his way to get me the vehicle that I wanted and for the entire period of my rental the Staff were all professional, friendly and warm thank you guys
The team at Enterprise on Stanley Ave were amazing. I lost my glasses and they went out of their way to get them back. Very friendly and polite. I’ll be renting again! Thank you. Update: I rented again this week and they had the same vehicle I asked from my last trip. It was ready when I walked in and they remembered my name. All the employees are very friendly and professional. Their attention to detail is fantastic.
I had a great experience getting a car rental through the autobody shop I used for my car repairs. The auto body shop themselves had made the reservation and had brought me over to Enterprise after I dropped off my car. Joe was very friendly, kind and professional, and showed me the way to the car right away and where things were. He gave me all the information I needed regarding the car and drop off. This establishment is exceptional, and the individuals here are exceptionally cheerful and willing to assist you unconditionally. Liz Greff, the Branch Manager, provided me with exceptional assistance, and she was both friendly and efficient. Additionally, she informed me that they offer pickup and drop-off services for local customers.
