The employees at this location are always super helpful & polite. I'm sitting waiting for a vehicle and they're very busy and low on cars, which I'm sure is stressful, and they're doing everything possible to get people into their rentals and being professional with grouchy customers. Great job homies!
Was visiting Victoria and had rented a car from Enterprise. When I arrived they said it'd be 30mins wait for a car, or I could get an upgrade to a minibus for free. We accepted the upgrade and so glad we did, it honestly made the trip for me. We were able to do things we wouldn't have been able to like packing bikes in car, renting surfing gear and car camping. Sam Chang was a pleasure to deal with, professional and friendly. Provided a smooth check in process and switched us to a larger car as my husband has bad hips. Highly recommend this branch for your car rental needs.
