Thanks to Alex and staff at Enterprise Portland St. in Dartmouth. When we arrived to pick up our 3-week, one-way rental they gave us a brand new VW Jetta. They'd just taken delivery on it that morning. We put 5,280 km on it, without a hitch. Alex was great to deal with. Highly recommend this Enterprise location and Enterprise in general. The guys in Hamilton where we dropped the car off were great to deal with as well.

I booked a car around 1am while in Toronto from this location. It was a one way from this location to Sydney NS. I landed in Halifax NS at 10:57am and my phone rang at 11am for my 12pm booking to be cancelled because they didn’t have cars. Currently stuck in a taxi to Cape Breton. Why make it so that a car could be booked and then cancel right away? Never in my life will I book with Enterprise again.
