Great service, had an issue with a rental and was able to exchange without any issues, while on a short timeline. Racheal was friendly and professional.

We have been renting in USA and Canada all the time from Enterprise. But I can not rent a car on the 3 rd of Aug to the 4 th of Aug because there is none available !!!!! The reason is not the availability it is because this location is CLOSED !!!!! And the lot is full with cars!!!!!! Actually there were available rental card if I prebook and the charge would have been $1400 ???!!!! because they are closed over the weekend and reopen on Tuesday ! When my car broke down on vacation right before a long weekend, this was the only dealership that could help me out. Alex was amazing. Ive rented from a lot of enterprise locations and this was the first time someone took the time to show me all the controls of the vehicle. He was there during drop off as well, which went quickly and very smoothly. Excellent customer service!!
