Rental experience was excellent. Car was good, drove up to Calgary and back on less than half a tank. Night drop off was easy.
I normally do not leave reviews, however, I feel it’s necessary to warn people. We had a reservation, a booked time to pick up a vehicle and got a call from them an hour before our pickup time, saying they did not have any vehicles available. We had to scramble to figure out alternative plans to get to the airport last minute. So just be warned even if you have a BOOKED RESERVATION you may not get a vehicle. The booking apparently means nothing.

My semi-truck broke down on Thursday and I needed a rental to go home and return Monday when the truck was done. I phoned and reserved a car, and when I took a cab to the location they had no cars. A very stressed out (who needs a course in customer service) informed me that they never actually had a car, but maybe later they might. Worst service ever.
