I wish zero stars were an option….. rented a car while we were down in Lethbridge visiting our grandchildren. Person at the desk extremely rude, their manger even worse! Seems odd they did not take photos of the vehicle before we left thank goodness there was no old damage otherwise who knows what would have happened. My husband asked why they didn’t take any before rental pictures and the manger refused to answer and threaten to ban us from renting again!
