Hospitality and having a resonable prices for car rentals,having latest vehicles that are in good conditions.
The staff here is very nice and professional. I had to get a 10 day rental through a dealership and they made everything an absolute breeze. Would definitely rent from these guys any time.

I am extremely disappointed with how Enterprise handled my situation, especially considering I paid for roadside assistance and was travelling with a young child. During a snowstorm in Calgary, one of the rental vehicle’s tires suddenly popped and went completely flat while I was driving on Deerfoot Trail. I would never rent from them again. Had an incident out of my control. There was no sympathy given. Threatened collections and no will to negotiate. Hopefully Lethbridge gets more rental options in the future avoid!
