I needed to rent a truck to move. I got my damage deposit back from my landlord, in cash , 950$, in an envelope. Through the craziness of moving, I forgot it in the vehicle and dropped the keys. Rupert and Tyler of Lethbridge Enterprise called me, asked some follow up questions to ensure it was in fact mine, and returned 950$ to me in cash and refused the tip I offered them. 100/5 and a customer for life who travels often.
Great staff. Very helpful and friendly, Just not very clear on how everything works when it comes to renting a vehicle from them. However, now that I know exactly how things work. I'd rent from them anytime I need to.
Everyone working here is so nice! We were getting a rental while our car was getting fixed. They gave us an option between two vehicles and got it ready right away.
Staff is super: friendly & knowledgable. Loved the car I got: a Mercedes Benz! Website and app is very user-friendly. Communication via text & emails also excellent. 10 stars for everybody!!!
