The process was fast,convinced.
We booked a luxury sedan, but when we arrived only a luxury 3-row SUV was available. Even though they couldn't provide the exact vehicle we reserved, Norberto and Micky went above and beyond by calling multiple nearby locations to try to find one for us. Their professionalism, honesty, and genuine effort to make the situation right did not go unnoticed. Thank you both for the excellent customer service!
