I was dissatisfied with the car rental because I didn't like that they were withdrawing money from my account every day that's very bad

It truly amazes me how horrible of an experience I had in dealing with this location. They did not send any documentation of contracts or provided any explanations for fees or additional charges one might get. While the worker convinced me to get the insurance for the vehicle I was going to be renting long term, they did not explain any of the process necessary to get rid of the insurance. I had a very disappointing experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 4805 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90037 on August 18, 2025. I arrived around 8:45 AM to pick up my wife after she returned our rental vehicle and left the property at 9:00 AM. When I first entered, I accidentally drove in the wrong way.
