All of my rental needs were met, and I owe it entirely to the manager, Liz. She was consistently patient and helpful with every reservation I made. Liz is truly the star of this location—her positive energy shines through in every interaction, whether with customers or staff. Thank you, Liz, for making the experience exceptional!
Very professional and courteous staff. Vehicles are in great and excellent condition.
Make a reservation a week in advance and then they don’t have any cars when arrive.
I would strongly advise against renting from this location. We had a confirmed reservation for 9:00 AM. At 8:35 AM—just 25 minutes before pickup—they called to say they didn’t have any cars and they wouldn’t be ready until 10:30 AM. We adjusted our plans and arrived at 10:00 AM, but by 11:00 AM the car was still not ready. What’s worse is the staff made no real effort to resolve the issue.
