I had to rent a more expensive car because there was only one option available. I was told I could return later to switch to a cheaper car, which was not practical. When I returned the vehicle, I asked for an emailed receipt. It was never sent. I called back multiple times. Madeline said she would call me back and did not. Worst rental car experience I have ever experienced. Received a car that was dangerous including warning light on no functioning AC in Miami Florida and no gas. When I went to return it to the nearest Enterprise location I was told they are not required to swap out the vehicle.

Sam from the Dadeland Station Enterprise location was great! We had a good experience with him leading up to our rental all the way until we returned the car. This will be the location where we went from in the future.

This was hands down the worst car rental experience I have ever had. I reserved a premium SUV well in advance. One week before my rental, I was informed it would not be available and was forced to accept a minivan because no other options were offered. On the day of the rental, I received another call from Sam stating that the minivan also would not be available and that my only option was an even smaller vehicle.
