The Beverly location provided excellent service. The vehicle in the class size I reserved was unavailable so I was offered an upgrade at no additional cost to me. The vehicle was well maintained, clean, and had a full tank of gas. The representative reviewed the terms and conditions, offered to address any questions/concerns I had, and was polite and courteous throughout the process. I've generally had a positive experience with Enterprise, which is why I'm a repeat customer.
Would Definitely Rent a Car thru Enterprise Hopefully Tyler the Manager is still there He is Incredible answered every question and gave me a nice SUV
No problems. Will and Tyler were very helpful in helping through and extending my insurance claim. One downside is calling never seemed to go into voicemail. They seem to be spread fairly thin in there. But when I went in they were attentive and didn't try and rush me. Thanks guys!
