I have rented several vehicles from Enterprise Rent-A-Car 140 Vanderbilt Ontario, California. The stag is terrific. They are always nice and helpful. I usually get the vehicle want. I would recommend Enterprise to my family and friends. The rates are very reasonable too! Thank you.
This place is terrible, the employees don't help, the working man says that there is a debit card on the credit card I used for 2 years
Ruined my entire weekend. I’ve rented from Enterprise in Eastvale and because of the holiday and them being closed my pickup was transferred to this location. Everything is different. Deposit is 200 higher and all of a sudden my home address is a problem and I can only rent using a credit card. My address was the same when I rented the last car, I used my debit card and the car rental was included in the deposit! You’ve ruined my holiday and cost me a hotel cancellation fee. Never again.
Always a great experience renting from this specific branch. Friendly and fast service.
