arrived at the Enterprise on Vanderbilt to find that my confirmed reservation was not available, and I was told I’d have to wait over an hour and a half before there might be a car ready. Customer service here is always great. They are very helpful and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
I recently made an online reservation with Enterprise Rent A Car here in this location in Ontario, California, about three days ahead of time for a medium-sized pickup or SUV. The online booking was straightforward, but unfortunately, on the day I was supposed to pick up the car, they only called me about two hours before my scheduled time to say they had no vehicles available.
