They had 3 weeks advanced notice to get me a sedan like a Camry I showed up all they had to offer me was a SUV or a Challenger... Then the kid helping me was trying to sell me the Insurance but could not answer and questions about coverage. How are they allowed to sell insurance with out being trained or licensed?
I've been a customer of Enterprise for several years now and My favorite branch is the Walnut Creek location. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their cars. The fact that they FLEET is another reason that location is a success. I live closer to Oakland but call walnut Creek Enterprise location my go to spot for any rental needs.
They were so pleasant and polite. Upgraded me when I let them know I was disappointed with the offered car. Was going on a road trip 2000 mi and they found a better choice for me. They commented on me being right on time. Will use them again!
It was like a Seinfeld episode. I showed up on time but they had already given away my reserved vehicle. They offered to contact another location but I was in a hurry. Reluctantly they gave me an "upgrade" at the same price. The vehicle was nice - but, it wasn't cleaned, the FM radio did not work and I found out later on the trip the tags expired 2 months previously. The young lady was nice. The male manager was surly.
This is the email I sent enterprise corporate about my experience today. WC Main St was very friendly and helpful, Concord Ave Concord was rude and left me STRANDED............. "Hi, I just want to let you guys know about my experience at enterprise today. I have rented from you guys many times before and I called your 2266 North Main Street Walnut Creek location for a rental 4/29 around 1:00 pm and asked to be picked up asap in Clayton.
