Love the service and choices enterprise rentals have. Kind, patient and professional personnel. My only choice for renting a vehicle in Lake Havasu City, Az.
Reserved a car a week in advance, called ahead the day of rental to be sure they knew I would be picking it up late in the afternoon. Got there and they did not have the car class I reserved - said they gave it away because I was late. Had to take a much smaller car, then had to return it because it was so badly maintained I was afraid to drive it far. CSR's were very impolite and unapologetic. Rented for years from National, had excellent service. I see that things have changed. I won't be renting from Enterprise again.
