Customer service, exceptional.
Giving Enterprise in Ada 5 stars because of their staff. They work hard and do what they can to keep customers happy while providing clean, reliable vehicles. Can’t say enough how much I appreciate D. He is the embodiment of customer service. I would absolutely recommend doing business with him.

The main thing that made my experience 1,000% AMAZING was Charitie Byrd, the branch rental manager at Ada, OK. Her and her associate were great and very knowledgeable when I picked up my rental. Charitie really goes not just the extra mile, but 100 extra miles for her customers. I could tell she was that way with everyone not just me when me when I returned my rental. The experience with my local Ada Oklahoma Enterprise was a great and trouble free experience. The only thing I would change about my local Enterprise is that they were open for return on Saturday. So many times I have had to pay through Monday when I only needed the car until Saturday Morning.
