I am very pleased with my experience at Enterprise. Andy is very thorough and detail oriented.
I had my reservation for 3pm on Saturday and arrived at 3:15pm to be surprised that they are closed. Their unusual hours are that they close at 3pm on Saturday and Sunday - which is unusual for a rental car facility to close so early. I would have appreciated if someone called me that I need to be there by 3pm before they close since they know there's a scheduled pickup at 3pm. Sorry for the bad review but all my plans got affected due to this.
Good car, great service and staff. Highly recommend this location.
The pickup from my home and the interaction with the staff is always so good. This time the compact SUV I rented (VW Taos) was such a nice vehicle to drive and the gas efficiency was the best I have ever experienced.
Went super great, easy reservation, fast service, car was great, and very good value.
