Insurance covers a rental car. This branch called me and said they would have multiple compact SUVs available for me to pick up at 2:30pm today. I biked over and they said they had none, but I could upgrade. They lied to me over the phone and tried mercilessly to upsell me- later showing a customer to a compact SUV that was not reserved.
I was having a terrible morning and was running late, your staff moved so quickly to get me into my rental that I was able to make it to an important appointment. They were kind, courteous and very efficient!
