Employees are very sweet, but the policy is ridiculous. Proof of address, is proof of address. I thinknit is ridiculous to only take certain proof. If it has my address on it, and it is delivered to me, then obviously it is correct. And to take a rental agreement, and not the agreement from the post office on our address, and P.O. Box is absolutely ridiculous. I have to wonder when proof of address, no longer became proof of address.....very upsetting, and inconvient.
I'm almost completely satisfied with Enterprise, the only problem is that they don't have enough cars and are always running out! Get more cars!
