Customer service was sometimes okay,. I called beacuse I thougth I left something in one of the cars and I was on hold on phone for 37 minutes and 45 sec and didn't receive a call back after I explained what I was looking for. The manager Ashely actually picked up the phone but even if the item wasn't in the car I'm suprised she didn't call back and let me know it wasn't in there. I had an issue with my car going to Texas. Brandon made sure to fix the issue. We use this location often and don't have any complaints.
We were able to request and get a vehicle the same day we needed it, however, the agent that walked around to check the vehicle had an attitude and was rather unpleasant to deal with. We then went inside to speak with the manager regarding a scare tactic they used to try to force us to get insurance stating if the vehicle is in an accident, regardless of fault, we have to pay their loss of rental income.
