As a weekly Enterprise customer, this is the first location where I have encountered this issue. I was charged a one-way fee of over $300, despite having made identical reservations at other locations in the past without any additional charges.
Enterprise Market Street (143 E. Market St., Indianapolis) was the most frustrating rental experience I’ve had. From Feb–June 2026, I repeatedly communicated with Brock Hatfield, Jacob, Ty, Customer Care, and escalations regarding balances, invoices, rewrite eligibility, and DNR status. The team here helped my family and I with something that was being made complicated by people where we originally rented from. They handled the issue quickly, professionally, and had a great attitude. They knew we were coming from Chicago, IL and even made some dope restaurants recommendations. Unfortunately the issue was the places they recommended were all closed. The guys were so chill and helped us making the day easier for us. Had to leave them the "negative review" I promised them
This particular store has quickly become my preferred Indianapolis area location for frequent business rentals. They are quick, professional, and thorough. They keep things moving, discuss purpose of rental to get you in the right vehicle, and always offer me options which are spotless. A well ran shop.
