My rental experience in Bolingbrook was great. They picked me up at my hotel & provided an upgraded car at same rate quoted for smaller car. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well Done!
I rented a car last week from the Bolingbrook Enterprise Rent-A-Car as my car was in the shop for a repair. What's not to like I requested the $10 economy car weekend rate for Saturday and Sunday, they were out of the smaller cars so they upgraded me to a larger car ... same rate.... I used rental service from this location in the month of July, 2009. On March 8th, 2010 I noticed several unauthorized charges to my bank account. Upon calling the location, I was told to call several other contacts and different numbers within their dispute department as it was believed that the charges were due to unpaid tolls. One number did not have a voicemail and the other was for a person out of the office for the next couple of weeks.
