fast friendly service! pick up at auto body shop and return back to dealer was easy & both agents were awesome!
My wife's car had some transmission problems that took several days to resolve and thankfully your office was able to take good care of us so she had something reliable to drive. The staff was terrific and very respectful to my trouble. I can't thank you all enough!
The Bolingbrook staff was incredible helpful and was nice to deal with them again. It is really nice that they collect you at home to get your rental and drop you faff after your uterine the rental. Incredible service.

The customer service was great! I reserved a full size vehicle online from the Bolingbrook location (as I always do). However, this time I never submitted the request and the car was not reserved. I called the morning of pick up and that's when I found out the reservation was never completed. I was put into a mini van and they even picked me up with short notice. Rented a van from the Bolingbrook location for a weekend trip -- excellent customer service as far as the renting process went. I asked for a specific white Chrysler Town & Country van that was sitting on the lot. The van was nasty -- needed to be vacuumed and cleaned out -- food, etc. all in the back and between the seats. I called the office later on the day of pickup to report it just so they would know. Easy rental and very thorough. Even sat in the car with me and went through features. Very customer oriented. Great price too!
My rental was originally for a different location because I did it on line & got a great price. I called the office in Bolingbrook because it was near where I was staying. I believe his name was Mark & he was very accommodating by transferring it to the Bolingbrook location at the same price. They had no problem picking me up & taking me back after I was done with the rental. Everyone at that location was friendly & made you feel like you mattered.
