Poor management and communication at the front desk. I waited in the designated area for a significant amount of time to return my keys, following the precedent set by other waiting customers. However, the employee, Will, failed to acknowledge the room and immediately assisted an individual who arrived long after me. He should ensure key return guidelines are clear, so that visitors do not lose time waiting unnecessarily.
I just needed a car to visit my cousin. Cheaper than Uber. Faster/easier than train. Used carplay for google maps and music. Seamless rental. Easy in, easy out. Very convenient.
Unsafe car, customer service not responsive. I rented a car from this location from Aug 11 until Aug 17. I had 2 safety & mechanical issues with the car. The people working at the place didn't notice either when I returned the car, nor did I get any response from customer service on these issues. Here were my issues: 1. Low tire pressure and leaking air in rear passenger tire. Shortly after I got the car, I saw a low tire pressure indicator and passenger rear tire showed 26 PSI. I had a fantastic experience with enterprise in Evanston. They made the whole rental process very easy and everyone I talked to throughout my 2+ weeks with my rental car was professional, friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend and rent again!
