During the rental process the agent asked if Im driving on the tollway and I said yes, and showed my transponder. Agent says, Okay so you're all good you don't need a toll pass. Then we talk about insurance and I say I have full coverage and the agent goes into this story about renting a car and the rock hitting a windshield and insurance not covering it so they were glad they got the rental insurance so I said okay fine I'll take it.
