Completely disappointed. The rent company should have responsibility to maintain the cars in good condition for customers safety. The car was old with no maintenance, low air pressure, no air caps for all the tire - I had to put the air every 3 days, half gas. I contacted them there are something wrong on break or some but they didn’t say any, and then I stopped by another branch to ask swap the car because I didn’t feel safe but there was no car they said. I’m not saying these other reviews aren’t accurate, and I would usually think I’m over reacting. But I reserved a car, through my work with a corporate code (so I have a job) months in advance. I was running late for my pick up time, I called to inform them and to double check what they needed from me to make this transaction as painless as possible. Very friendly staff. Great selection of cars. Great communication and was available right away to get a car ready and handled all minor issues. I've been to this location several times. They are highly recommended.
