I had a great experience at Enterprise thanks to Ronald Paz Soldan. After being in a car accident the day before, I walked in feeling overwhelmed, confused, and unsure about the rental process. Much to my surprise I was told by the employee of the Front/SpringGarden location that their rental rates are based on calendar days. Meaning that if I rent today and return the vehicle the next day I will be charged for two days. That sounds really strange. I always thought that if I rented today and returned the next day it counted as one day. I WONDER IF THIS LOCATION IS RUNNING A SCAM. Or am I that far out of touch. I think I'll call the corporate office for further clarification.
My experience with Enterprise was very satisfied with the service given to me from Enterprise associate. I will definitely go back to Enterprise and will tell my family and friends about Enterprise.
