We were very impressed with this location - service was awesome and pick up and drop off both went very smoothly and quickly. Car was in great condition and very comfortable. Highly recommend reserving at this location if in the area.
This location has great staff (as of 8-7-26) Cars are always newer and clean. Staff explains the rental process, checking cars and gas policy. I just wish they get rid of the $400 hold fee for car rentals. Most people need a car for emergency reasons and tacking on an extra "$400" is adding insult to injury. Also better to reserve your vehicle online as they rarely have any cars available to rent as a walk in.
This place is always great. Friendly and careful and professional. Renting a car is usually the worst but somehow this branch makes it is easy.
Needed a big car for event. Ray helped me out! Great spot for rentals. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
