I’ve been in a rental from this location on 3 separate occasions over the past 2 1/2 months. Almost 50 days total renting since August. The collision center working on my brand-new truck is a nightmare. But there’s a rockstar manager in there who will eventually run a region or a National fleet. Every phone was ringing non-stop, it was maybe 4-5 separate parties waiting; she was alone. Not once did I see frustration, irritation, or anything besides exceptional character. We recently rented a car for one week in connection with an insurance claim. Despite having problems with an uncooperative insurance agent, we had excellent service from Enterprise located in Philadelphia at Front and Spring Garden. They accommodated us by twice taking us to a collision center. In particular we would like to recognize Caroline who was very supportive and helpful throughout this process.

This is the only Enterprise location that I choose to conduct business with. I just found out that the manager Destinee is being transferred to another location. She is the main reason that I continue to be a return customer at this location. She is always kind, considerate, and most of all courteous. Her leadership definitely shows through her staff.
