Great experience with Enterprise! Friendly staff, quick service, and a clean, reliable vehicle. Pickup and return were easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Renting the car was simple and the person who checked me out was helpful, but they were misinformed of how drop-off works. They wrote me up for a rental from Friday-Monday, but I only needed it Friday-Sunday and was told that if I dropped it off on Sunday (they are closed and there is a drop box for the key), that I would be reimbursed for the extra day (Monday) after I returned the car.
