Denise and Paula were so helpful, flexible and pleasant every time I called . Garret , the branch manager, multi tasked ,ran the office , desk and detailed the cars showing leadership by ownership when a staff member needed off for family reasons.

My vehicle was hit by another driver, so I had my insurance book an Enterprise reservation for me. I had it transferred to this location last week. Upon arriving I was informed that they did not have any vehicles and that they were not accepting reservations. When I told them my reservation had been transferred to them last week (Saturday 7/12) they stated they did not have a reservation for me. Great service!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location on Babcock Blvd. When I pulled into the lot, it was completely full with no available parking spots. So my husband got out of our car and entered the building, while I proceeded to exit the lot and park somewhere else. The lot is extremely narrow, making it difficult to maneuver, and reversing into the heavy traffic on Babcock would have been unsafe.
