Quinn was awesome! I accidentally booked our rental through Costco for the incorrect date, and he got us set up with an available one-way vehicle on the spot. My only complaint is that apparently Costco’s booking doesn’t match actual Enterprise inventory, so it was showing that SUVs and trucks were available when they weren’t actually available. Don’t let people book something online if you don’t have the cars in stock. Not saying it’s these guys fault as much as enterprise as a whole

Rented here for years but as of today finished. Went in to pick up my car I booked the day before at which point they informed me I could not use my debit card which seemed weird I informed them I have used it many times. At that point a woman who's name I dont know explained she would need at least 2 utility bills to verify who I was. She looked me up then explained how I used a credit card last time not sure why I care about that but I said I was not willing to provide any utility bills as I am a repat customer who also us... read more
