Customer service is bad. Tried giving this location a chance but have had a bad experience twice. Did not get the car we wanted and the car we got smelled like smoke. We just go to the airport from now on
When I first start renting a car rental for the location customer service was great the last two rentals that I got were vans they were dirty on the outside as well as the inside. I'm going to try another location to see if they are better if not I will start using another rental company-Tallahassee/Blountstown location sucks!!!!
The worse place to rent a car!! The cars always smell like smoke or some other smell. Bad detailing service. They don't do well with the inspection of the cars once they're returned!! I got stuck with a damage car that someone else damaged! Complained about the car, but nothing was available to switch too. What ever you do keep riding past Enterprise!!
