Misleading, the csr told that my insurance will reimburse for the rental but they just gave incorrect information. Besides that, I used the toll pass and the toll agency charged me only $1 for the toll, but they (Enterprise) charged me an additional Service charge $4.95. What is a ripped-off.
Wasn't able to rent a car both they help with option and other location.
