The guy was really helpful and honest at this location. Overall have never had to wait in line at enterprise always good service. I definitely want to continue using enterprise.
Overall experience with Enterprise staff was amazing. They answered all the questions and helped wherever they can. Car was in good shape, clean, did not face any issues and we 8 sat very very confortably for our long journey. Thank you for the amazing service.

All right. I booked a car on booking.com. I was supposed to be able to pick it up at 2. I showed up at 2 and the attendant acknowledged that I had booked it but said the 3rd party company made a mistake because there were no cars available. I believe the practice is to allow bookings to happen through the cheaper vendors then deny those who book that way a car in order to ensure their cars are always booked at the highest rate available.
