My experience with the staff at 12200 NE 12th St, Bellevue, WA 98005 was highly disappointing. When I asked the female representative for her name, she handed me the business card of the Branch Manager, implying it was her own. Throughout the interaction, she repeatedly attempted to alter my Costco reservation in an effort to increase the total cost. Conor at Enterprise in Bellevue was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly put me in a loaner that drive well and was immaculately clean. Drop off went just as seamlessly and Conor was also at the desk. Great location and service!
