This particular location is amazing! Rented twice. Once through insurance and the second time, independently. Connor was super amazing and accommodating. All the other car rental brands around are horrible. I ZERO complains PLEASE RENT WITH THEM!!

My experience with the staff at 12200 NE 12th St, Bellevue, WA 98005 was highly disappointing. When I asked the female representative for her name, she handed me the business card of the Branch Manager, implying it was her own. Throughout the interaction, she repeatedly attempted to alter my Costco reservation in an effort to increase the total cost.
