I've been dealing with issues with Enterprise for several years, and very unsatisfied with their customer service, and what I believe to be misleading deals. Stuck in a position where I need to rent a car, unfortunately I chose Enterprise and this time the car reeked of smoke and deodorizer despite the "Do not smoke" sign on the dash. Parked the car after 10 miles and borrowed a friend's car instead.
Very rude unprofessional peoples work here specifically the lady was very rude... And I returned the car with full tank of gas but they charged me $13, I called them the guy told me we will refund it back but he didn't. Their cars smells very bad and dirty even the front windshield window was not clean.
